Storvello is a platform where sellers run their own online stores. This policy covers the Storvello website; each seller's store is operated by that seller.
When you shop on a store: your name, phone, delivery address and order details — used only to fulfil and support your order. When you contact us on WhatsApp: your number and message. We never sell personal data.
We use cookies for login sessions and basic analytics (page visits). Our marketing pages may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ads and show relevant ones; you can limit ad personalization in your Facebook settings.
Most orders are cash on delivery. We do not store card numbers.
